# Jurisdiction Notice — wDOI / DOICHAINWORLD DOOEL Skopje

## 1. Purpose of this document

This document lists the jurisdictions from which participation in the wDOI
reservation, purchase and any subsequent token issuance is **excluded** at the
present time. It is the single source of truth for:

- the jurisdiction-acknowledgement modal shown on first visit to `/en/*`,
- the compact footer notice present on every page,
- the discreet banner shown on the German `/wdoi` page,
- the mandatory self-declaration checkbox on the registration forms
  (`/registrierung`, `/en/register`),
- the FAQ entry "Welche Länder sind ausgeschlossen?" / "Which countries are
  excluded?",
- and the standalone information page `/en/jurisdiction-restricted`.

The list below is intentionally conservative and may be widened or narrowed
after the pending external legal review.

Additionally excluded: any **natural or legal person** subject to EU, UN, UK
or OFAC sanctions regardless of country of residence, and any **US person**
within the meaning of Rule 902(k) of Regulation S, regardless of physical
location.

## 3. What this list does **not** do

- It does not constitute legal advice.
- It does not perform a GeoIP block; the wDOI website does not use GeoIP,
  fingerprinting or any tracking. Compliance relies on user self-declaration.
- It does not replace KYC/AML checks that may apply before any payout.
